Active Lifestyle
What should you do after you complete your physical therapy? What if physical therapy is not the right answer for your issues? Still need guidance from a physical therapist, but on a less frequent basis?
WE HAVE OPTIONS FOR YOU!
Maintain Your Active Lifestyle.
-
Monthly PT Membership
Even if you no longer need regular physical therapy to address your issues, you may have the type of issues that could benefit from less frequent maintenance visits.
During monthly visits, you will check-in with your physical therapist on how things are going, receive manual treatment for any lingering issues and go over and revise your at home exercises in order to maintain your progress and reach your goals. At these visits, your therapist can also address any new issues you may be experiencing.
Monthly PT memberships are offered at a recurring cost of $175 per month (with 3 months commitment), until you cancel your membership. Reach out to let us know you’re interested and we can discuss specifics.
-
Massage
As part of our holistic approach to movement and your overall well being, we recognize that physical therapy may not be the answer, or the only answer to your problems. That is why we have incorporated massage at our locations. We will let you know if we think this is a good option for you. You can also book massages on your, separate from the PT process!

Strength & Performance Training
Many of our clients will continue to work with their own coaches / trainers throughout and after physical therapy, which we highly encourage. But, if you don’t have a coach or cannot get to a gym in person and are interested in continuing the mobility, movement and strength training that you started in PT, or have other areas where you’d like to make progress, we offer in-person and remote programming / training.
Matt June is an independent, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, who works with us and our clients to tailor programs to their needs and goals through semi-private group, 1-on-1 and remote training.
