REHAB & RETURN TO SPORT
Our physical therapists have expertise dealing with a number of common athletic injuries, from torn or partially torn ACLs, MCLs, LCLs, UCLs and rotator cuffs to ankle fractures and sprains, back injuries, Achilles ruptures, broken wrists and more. For example, we have worked with professional and collegiate pitchers post-Tommy John surgery and shoulder injuries, collegiate and high school soccer, basketball, lacrosse players and skiers post-ACL repair and CrossFit and fitness athletes post-shoulder surgery. While we know you are eager to get back to your sport, it is imperative that we not only get you back to playing and competing better than before, but to ensure that you are prepared physically and mentally to return and decrease the risk of re-injury.
To come back faster and stronger, it is important to get to physical therapy as soon as possible after an injury, including prior to surgery. We work with athletes to prepare their bodies for surgery, setting them up for a more successful rehab process and return to sport. Our therapists are well versed in return to sport criteria for specific injuries and benchmarks that need to be reached prior to returning. We incorporate data and testing into our return to sport assessment, including the use of dynamometer testing, force plates, Blaze Pods and jump and running tests.
We also understand the importance of moving throughout the rehabilitation and strength re-building process. This includes working on alternative movements while protecting the injured area and progressively strengthening and loading the injured area once the time is right. As athletes ourselves, we understand the movements that we are asking you to perform and how they relate to your successful return.

STRENGTH & PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Our training program is designed to help athletes master the fundamentals of strength training while focusing on long-term athletic development. We begin by assessing each athlete through a movement screen and baseline performance testing, ensuring a personalized training plan that meets them where they are. Our program prioritizes strength and speed, offering the right equipment and technology (including force decks, lasers, jump mat, blaze pods, free weights, sleds, etc.) to achieve optimal results for athletes of all ages. With a culture of hard work, fun and like-minded individuals, we create an environment where athletes are motivated to push themselves, continuously learn, and reach their full potential. Our primary focus is getting each athlete that walks in our door—no matter their level—to be a better overall athlete.
No matter your level of experience, our training is for every athlete. We provide semi-private group training for all athletes starting at around 12 years old through collegiate and professional athletes. We also work with teams by request.
