Orthopedic Rehabilitation

While you might think of this as your typical reason for seeing a physical therapist, we are not your typical physical therapy practice. Our licensed physical therapists conduct 1-on-1 sessions with each client throughout their rehabilitation process, be it after surgery or to address an injury, pain or movement limitation they are experiencing.

We work through our three-step approach with you, understanding and addressing your unique issues, concerns and goals. Through manual, hands on, treatment and therapeutic exercise, we provide a personal, specialized rehabilitation experience. We will keep you moving as much as possible throughout your recovery process, through modifications where needed, and give you the knowledge, tools and confidence to get you back to your active lifestyle and keep you there!

Elite Performance

We work with professional, collegiate, high school and adult fitness / CrossFit athletes in the Capital Region and beyond to optimize their performance through a range of services:

Return to Sport Rehabilitation - we work with athletes following an injury to return them to sport stronger, more confident and more resilient than they were before;

Athlete Assessments & Performance Training - we assess athlete agility, speed, movement and mobility and provide tailored programming to address issues and improve overall performance; we cannot prevent injuries, but work to lessen the risk of injury and optimize performance through functional and sport-specific movement, mobility and strength training.

Active Lifestyle

Your injury may be healed, but you might want continued assistance maintaining or improving upon your level of activity, or you may have a recurring issue that does not require manual therapy. We’re here for you with other options to maintain and improve your active lifestyle!

We offer physical therapy membership packages that allow you to check-in with your therapist on a monthly basis, massage, and remote strength training programming to keep you moving and improving.

Knowing your mobility, stability and how your body should move opens you up to proficient movement and your optimal performance. We provide you with this knowledge when you work with us. However, there is also a lot you can learn and do on your own if you’re receiving the proper information.
