Resources To Keep You Moving

  • Workshops . Events . Training. Collaboration

We work with fellow members of the local fitness, CrossFit and sports community in a variety of ways to keep individuals informed, help to prevent injuries and keep people moving. We’d love to work with you! Click the arrows in this section for more details.

  • Workshops

We have conducted workshops at several CrossFit and fitness gyms throughout the Capital Region, as well as for high school and collegiate athletes. We tailor the workshops to your needs. They can be offered to members or coaches and we focus on areas that are most relevant to your community and/or sport (e.g., training with pain, modifications and staying in the gym, back pain, shoulder strength and mobility, hip issues, injury prevention). In some instances, we also offer short assessments and injury screens.

  • Events

If you are having an event or competition and would like us to set up tables to conduct brief injury assessments, help to prep athletes for performance and/or provide information, we’re here for you! We love getting involved in the community and offering our services, from school events to major athletic, CrossFit and weight lifting competitions.

  • Training & Collaboration

We also conduct strength, agility and mobility training sessions with local high school and club sports teams. These can be run like a workshop and be more informational, or can be more involved from a training standpoint. Athletes perform at their best when they understand their movement and are preparing their bodies to not only increase strength, agility, mobility and overall athleticism, but also to help prevent injuries. We can also collaborate with fitness and CrossFit gyms in similar ways.
