Suarez PT Thrower's Ten
The Thrower’s Ten is an exercise program originally created by Drs. Kevin Wilk and James Andrews to exercise the major muscles necessary for throwing. Through additional research and practice, the program has evolved over time. Based on research, as well as our practice, clinical experience and working with additional clinicians and leaders in the baseball community, we have compiled this modified version of the “Thrower’s Ten.” We will be releasing an “Adavanced Thrower’s Ten” soon!
