Are you a graduating high school senior or current college athlete looking to up your game this summer?
We’re here for you!
No matter your sport, you need more than just strength training -- here, you will get the strength piece along with power, speed, agility, mobility to increase your overall athletic performance
You will train in a positive, challenging environment with other athletes with similar goals -- you’ll work together in a group setting with individualized attention and adjustments
THE GAME CHANGERS YOU WON’T GET ELSEWHERE!
In addition to your strength / performance programming, you will get a day of accessory programming designed by our physical therapists in conjunction w/ Coach June to address injury prevention and durability
Coach June works with our physical therapists daily and YOU will have access to our PTs to consult on and address any pain or movement issues
We regularly assess & test our athletes -- E.g., Sprinting (lasers); Strength / Power (force decks); Jumping (jump mat) to evaluate, adjust and reach your goals!
THE DETAILS
WHAT YOU GET: Up to 4 in-person training sessions per week; 3 days of in-person programming; 1 day of body weight programming to be done in gym or at home, 1 day of accessory programming -Remote access to ALL programming

Cost: $600 for 12 weeks; Prorated for 10, 8, 6 Weeks

Coach Matt June, MS, CSCS
Matt is an independent, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who has teamed up with Suarez PT to provide in-person and remote strength and performance training programming to clients. Matt is a native of Colonie, New York where Matt competed in football, basketball, indoor track and baseball. As a collegiate baseball player he competed at SUNY Cortland where he did his Undergraduate work in Kinesiology: Fitness Development. While completing his Master’s in Exercise Science, Matt also was the Assistant Strength Coach and an Assistant Baseball Coach at SUNY Cortland. Matt was the Program Director and Head of Performance at Athletes Warehouse located in Pleasantville, New York where he worked with athletes ranging from Middle School to the Professional level. He has been the Head Strength Coach for the College of Saint Rose, Hudson Valley Community College Baseball Team and Interim Strength Coach for the Manhattan College Men’s and Women’s Basketball Teams. He is currently the Head of Strength and Conditioning for Colonie High School. Matt’s passion for training has been a staple in his athletic career. After competing as a college athlete he found the passion for coaching and uses the weight room as a platform for helping others.
